Our team prepares your move to Portican. First we review the data available and plan the transfer. Depending on your current platform, we bring over the catalogue, customers and your old URLs. We confirm the exact scope before we start. You can also import the catalogue from your product feed yourself in the admin.

What we move

  • Catalogue from your product feed for Google Shopping, Facebook, Heureka or Zboží. It shows you the changes in a dry run first, and running the import again does not duplicate anything. You can also run it yourself in the admin.
  • Customers with their addresses. Their past orders come along too, for reading only. Passwords are not transferred: customers sign up with the same e-mail and find their past orders with you. Nobody is added to your newsletter without consent you can prove.
  • A redirect map. We redirect the old URLs of categories and of discontinued products to the new ones, one address at a time. You can add more rules yourself in the admin, also from a CSV file.
  • Old products as a switched-off archive, if you want to keep them to hand.

How the move works

  1. You send your store address and, if you have one, your product feed.
  2. We prepare a fixed-price quote.
  3. We move the data and set up the redirects.
  4. You switch the domain over and your store sells on Portican.
