AI you pay for as you use it
The assistant’s work, article writing and the podcast voice are paid from prepaid credit. You top up by card with €10, €20, €50 or €100, or a custom amount from €5 to €500. Credit never goes below zero, and you can switch on automatic top-up yourself.

A design for your brand, migration from your existing store, catalogue photography, SEO during the move, invoice setup with your accountant and two hours of training for your staff. You pay for each service once, at a fixed price agreed in advance.
Terms at a glance
- Open-ended contract, paid monthly in advance. The invoice arrives by email and is also available in the admin.
- Cancel any time, effective at the end of the billing period, without giving a reason. Just write to us and we end the subscription.

- We announce price changes at least 30 days in advance.
- While the contract runs, you can download your whole store as a ZIP yourself. After it ends, you can still request your data for 30 days in a machine-readable format.

Frequently asked questions
Do I pay for Engines on Free?
No. All 17 Engines are included in every plan, Free too. The only separate cost is AI usage, paid from your credit.
Do I need to enter a card?
Not when you sign up. You add a card only when you move to a paid plan or top up credit for AI features.
How do I pay?
Monthly by card. The invoice arrives by email and can also be made out to a different company from the one that runs the store.
What if a payment fails?
You receive a notice and a grace period. Only after that can the store be suspended, and your data is kept.
Do you take a percentage of payments?
No. Money from customers goes through your gateway directly to your account.
